Initial Comments:An off-site follow-up survey completed December 9, 2022, found that Elite Staffing Services, Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as the result of a Medicare re-certification survey completed April 21, 2022.

Code, Part IV, health Facilities, Subpart G., Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as the result of a state re-licensure survey completed April 21, 2022.
